Logo design
As a graphic design agency Smith has extensive experience in producing beautifully crafted logos. You might be a new start-up that needs an eye-catching logo, perhaps you're an existing company or organisation that has a project, product or initiative which needs badging. Whichever it is, we design logos which are strong, simple and clever - logos which sum up the offer, but are also fresh, different and memorable. The iterative logo design process is done over three stages - with a wealth of possible different logo design routes and styles explored at stage one - ensuring we don't miss that killer idea before moving on to the following two refinement stages. Once designed, we provide you with a suite of electronic logo design files you can use across a range of different media.

Visual Identities, Branding & Rebranding
Your organisation or company might have an existing visual identity which is looking a bit dated or tired and is in need of an update and refresh. Be it evolution (or less commonly revolution), it's all about understanding what's come before and what are the desired future objectives. Walking that fine line between the new and losing brand recognition: it is all about understanding what needs to change, keeping what still has value. Smith has updated and refreshed many visual identities - most delivered with accompanying SIMPLE visual identity guidelines - ensuring your investment is applied consistently and coherently.

Prospectus Design
Over the past five years Smith has worked largely in the educational sector, producing a range of prospectuses for schools, colleges and universities. The key to designing a good prospectus is identifying and then communicating what makes you different – what makes up your organisations individual identity. It's about highlighting the offer then making it quick and easy to understand. We know how to make your facilities look as attractive as possible and we ensure readers navigate through the information they need as smoothly and quickly as possible: a subtle blend of promotional and infomation design: all attractively wrapped up so it has real 'pull'.

Informational & Educational Graphics
I have always loved information graphics - some of the first work I did was designing educational wallcharts - inspired by graphical stamps of the 1960s and 70s. So, the opportunity to do more was a great opportunity. My early experience in designing schoolbooks has helped me know how to produce materials which both teachers and students can appreciate. Materials which are easy to understand, inspire and which look beautiful.

Corporate Website Design & Build
Website design is all about form out of function - design that's led by the content and the user journey: delivering content and utility driven user-experiences. As a graphic design agency we concentrate on the design and outsource the build – matching the right builder to the design and tech spec.
